Rebecca is an Account Executive at Sena Kozar Strategies. She is a political strategist with a passion for impactful campaigns and community-driven leadership. A Howard University alumna, Rebecca holds a degree in Political Science with a minor in Journalism. Her experience spans fundraising for congressional and senatorial races, direct mail, and digital outreach during busy election seasons. Most recently, she worked closely with an attorney lobbying on behalf of clients to pass bills during the Maryland legislative session.

Driven by a love for service, Rebecca spent time teaching children in Sierra Leone, an experience that deepened her commitment to community and global citizenship. Known for her tenacity, discipline, and organizational skills, she brings a results-driven mindset to every campaign.

Based in Bowie, Maryland, Rebecca enjoys tennis, roller skating, skiing, and traveling in her spare time!
