Joslin Schultz is Vice President of Independent Expenditures at Sena Kozar Strategies. Based in Sacramento, Joslin has experience in nearly every facet of political campaigns and has been heavily involved in politics since law school. She writes scripts for television, radio, and digital media and assists campaigns with research.

Since joining Sena Kozar in 2020, Joslin has worked with candidates and independent expenditures across the country, producing creative that pushes boundaries and grabs voters’ attention. Joslin is instrumental in the firm’s work with independent expenditures such as the DCCC, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus’s BOLD PAC, House Majority PAC, LCV Victory Fund, and DMFI PAC. She also advises candidates, including Virginia State Senators Danica Roem and Schuyler VanValkenburg. Her work has been recognized with industry awards, including best TV ad for a special election in 2021.

Prior to Sena Kozar, Joslin worked as a polling analyst at Lincoln Park Strategies, helping campaigns and progressive organizations test messages and build successful coalitions. During the 2018 cycle, she worked at the DCCC's independent expenditure and helped Democrats take back the House by conducting opposition research for digital, radio, and television ads.

A California native, Joslin is a graduate of Willamette University and The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.
